Brett Balcerak

PT, MPT, Owner

Brett was born and raised in Baytown, Texas. He attended Lee College in Baytown, Texas and Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana both on baseball scholarships. It was his experience and exposure to sports related injuries that ultimately guided him to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Brett graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Sciences from the cooperative program in Physical Therapy between The University of Texas Medical Branch – Galveston / The University of Texas – El Paso in 1994 and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1996.


Jeremy Jennings


Jeremy graduated with a Masters of Physical Therapy from University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University in 2001. He is a 1996 graduate of Barbers Hill High School.

Jeremy has been providing physical therapy services in Baytown and Mont Belvieu since 2004. He has worked for Physio and Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine during that time.


Courtney Zink


Dr. Zink received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to attending graduate school, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Health Professions from the University of UT Arlington, Texas. During Courtney's time at UTA she played Collegiate Level Softball for 4 years as a 2nd Baseman and won UTA Student Female Athlete of the Year in 2012. She is originally from Baytown, TX, and enjoys practicing within her local roots.


Mallory Pagan


Dr. Pagan received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Prior to attending graduate school, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. During Mallory's time at UTMB in Galveston, she was an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Texas Physical Therapy Association.  She first became interested in physical therapy when she was taking her younger sister to her own physical therapy treatments after an ACL repair.


Kim Broderick


Kim received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1993. She received a Master of Science degree in Sports Health from Texas Tech Universirty in 1986 and served as Texas Tech University's Assistant Athletic Trainer until 1991.

Her duties included teaching Sports Medicine courses to student athletic trainers and providing rehabilitation and injury care for Texas Tech athletes. She has been a certified athletic trainer since 1984.


Dusti Malone


Dusti is a proud native of Baytown, Texas and has been working at PHYSIO as a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2010.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Science from Texas A&M University, with a minor in Psychology. At A&M her love of science and how the human body worked thrived, and from there Dusti attended Houston Community College - Coleman, where she obtained her Physical Therapist Assistant license.

Dusti has a passion for orthopedics and strives to provide the highest of quality care.


Jacqueline Hodges


Jacqueline Hodges is a Physical Therapist Assistant and Wellness Coordinator at PHYSIO. She first obtained her Associates of Science in Kinesiology here locally at Lee College while playing volleyball under an Athletic Scholarship. She decided to continue her college volleyball career at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma and earned a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology.

With her passion for sports/athletics and knowing that she wanted to find a career that allowed her to help people, she found that Physical Therapy


Norma Arceneaux


Norma Arceneaux obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree from Houston Community College before becoming licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant. While in school she participated in several clubs and organizations on campus. She became interested in physical therapy as a career while helping to care for her mother who was battling cancer.

Norma enjoys treating all types of conditions but has a special love for geriatrics. She has over 30 years of experience in the field in several therapy facilities across Texas, which 7 of those years she has been with PHYSIO.


Amy Moseley


Amy Moseley received her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy degree from Houston Community College. While in school, she was a member of the APTA and TPTA and enjoyed attending conferences and meetings. She has been working with patients for 24 years in various physical therapy settings, 7 of those years have been with PHYSIO.

Amy enjoys treating all types of conditions with a special interest in post-surgical orthopedics, aquatics, and wound care. She has treated patients of all ages and abilities, but has a special love for geriatrics. Amy has seen great success with fibromyalgia and chronic


Lauren Crowell


Lauren A. Crowell became a Texas Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in July 2014 and has worked with PHYSIO since October 2014. Lauren graduated from Texas A & M University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.
