Physical Therapy

Physical therapists are educated and trained to assess and treat multiple health conditions as they relate to the musculosketal and neurological systems. We want to help patients regain their health, quality of life and mobility through natural methods. If experiencing pain and discomfort that will not go away, come and visit us at one of our clinics. We can help identify and solve the root cause of the issue.

Waiting for the body to simply snapback into place is not wise and can ofter lead to long-term problems like scar tissue. By targeting specific muscles in the areas that support the back, we can use therapy to improve overall health. Excercises are part of treatment plan and will only be decided after a careful examination and review. Careful planning and observation allow us to determine which excercises we can increase in intensity or repetition.

Physical therapy helps people of all ages who have medical conditions, illness or injuries that limit their regular ability to move and function. A customised physical therapy program can help individuals return to their prior level of functioning and encourage activities and lifestyle changes that can help prevent further injury and improve overall health and well-being.
